Quantum Cryptography:
- encrypt, send and decrypt data on the basis of Quantum Mechanics
- KEY claimed advantage: Can detect eavesdroppers
- Quantum key distribution – a type of quantum cryptography
How quantum cryptography works?
- data security is based on superposition and entanglement
- No-cloning rule: one can’t measure qubits without destroying their super position. Thus, anybody trying to intercept the the information will destory the information rather than deciphering the message.
